Doberman provided a comprehensive hazard vulnerability report with an analytically-backed dashboard which supports both planning and response considerations. Our team conducted on-site interviews, aggregated intelligence through data science, and lead hazard identification and risk assessments, tailored to LBNL.
LBNL Hazard Vulnerability Assessment, Dashboard, & Report
All ten regions reported to Alabama at the annual National Guard Bureau training to discuss CBRN considerations. Doberman was asked to provide guidance and training on World Cup 2026 Emergency Planning. At this training, we provided insights into security, mass care, evacuations, CBRN, public relations, and medical transport and triage. This was taken from our NLEM course provided at The Readiness ‘DyPop’ certifications.

MLS Portland Timbers Stadium Security
Comprehensive Emergency Management Support
Major League Soccer (MLS) Portland Timbers has contract with Doberman to provide expert guidance in the emergency planning phase. Doberman has conducts security site-assessments, trains staff and C-Suite members, maintains emergency plans and live situational awareness dashboards.
On Behalf of the United States Marine Corps, Doberman provided emergency response tactics guidance to NATO’s Special Environments Panel. This is in correlation with our work with USMC, enhancing doctrine publications related to urban warfare training, emergency response, and civilian military operations. Doberman provides training, environmental consultation, emergency services best practices during times of war, and writing capabilities to our military partners.
