The US National Guard Bureau brought together representatives from all ten regions for its annual training to address CBRN considerations and emergency planning for the 2026 World Cup. Doberman was asked to provide guidance and training focused on the unique challenges of large-scale international events.

The training covered key emergency planning considerations, including security, mass care, evacuation, CBRN response, public relations, and medical transport and triage. The content was adapted from Doberman’s NLEM course and The Readiness Lab’s DyPop certification program.
