The Impulse Mesh System

Training is Part of the System
Equipment alone does not create an effective emergency medical response.
Doberman can train designated personnel to recognize life-threatening bleeding, understand their role, and use the equipment appropriate to their position within the Impulse Mesh. Training can be incorporated into broader emergency exercises so personnel practice responding under realistic conditions.

Bleeding Control Kit
A highly visible, fixed-location bleeding control kit designed for rapid access during an emergency. The compact kit can be wall-mounted or placed inside many AED cabinets, providing critical bleeding control supplies where people can quickly find them.

MCI Medical Resupply Cache
The MCI Medical Resupply Cache is the mobile resupply layer of the Impulse system. Designed for mass casualty incidents, it brings a large, organized supply of critical medical equipment directly to responders in the operational area.
Unlike a fixed medical station, the Cache is designed to move with the response.

During a mass casualty incident, responders can move the Cache directly into the operational area and use it to replenish individual bleeding control kits and responder packs as supplies are used.
This keeps medical supplies close to patients and responders without requiring personnel to leave the scene to retrieve additional equipment. The Cache supports a helper-and-runner model, allowing designated personnel to resupply teams while patient-care personnel remain focused on treatment.
The other Impulse products bring medical capability to people. The MCI Cache brings resupply capability to the responders.
