About Doberman Emergency Management
Doberman Emergency Management creates real-world solutions to protect life, property, and operations. We support emergency services, schools, government agencies, and private sector partners through tailored plans, training, assessments, and strategy.

Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven intern to support social media, email campaigns, and website content across Doberman Emergency Management and its brands. This role is all about execution—taking raw assets and turning them into polished, on-brand posts, graphics, and campaigns that support our outreach, training, and sales goals.
You’ll help organize and publish content, support email marketing, and create visual assets for use across platforms. Most of your work will happen behind the scenes, but your output will directly impact how our audiences engage with us.
This is an ideal role for someone who’s organized, dependable, and confident using design and scheduling tools. If you’re the type who can build a clean graphic, write a solid caption, and hit “publish” without needing hand-holding, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
Design and schedule social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Support execution of digital campaigns, including email blasts and newsletters
Help maintain and update content on company and product websites
Edit videos, photos, and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite
Organize and archive brand assets for future use
Track content performance and assist with reporting
Follow brand guidelines to ensure visual and message consistency across platforms
What We’re Looking For
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
Comfortable managing content calendars and social scheduling tools
Strong visual eye and attention to detail
Able to write captions, headlines, and short-form content in a professional tone
Experience using web platforms like Squarespace or Webflow is a plus
Based in or able to reliably commute to St. Charles, MO for meetings and projects
Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
Portfolio or work samples showing social content, email design, or marketing graphics
Basic familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot
In email with your submission, submit the first 50 numbers of pi at the bottom
Interest in emergency management, public safety, or social impact work (helpful, not required)
Work Environment
Hybrid with required in-person check-ins or content creation days at our St. Charles, MO office
Most work will be independent, digital, and deadline-driven
Travel to events, trainings, or shoots may be requested occasionally
Intern will work across multiple brands and platforms in coordination with internal teams
