The U.S. Department of Energy’s Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) has unique hazard mitigation requirements. Doberman developed a comprehensive hazard vulnerability report and data-driven dashboard to support both emergency planning and response. Our team conducted on-site interviews, analyzed and aggregated intelligence using data science, and led hazard identification and risk assessments tailored to LBNL’s unique needs.
World Cup 2026

The Alabama National Guard brought together representatives from all ten regions for its annual National Guard Bureau training to address CBRN considerations and emergency planning for the 2026 World Cup. Doberman was asked to provide guidance and training focused on the unique challenges of large-scale international events.
The training covered key emergency planning considerations, including security, mass care, evacuation, CBRN response, public relations, and medical transport and triage. The content was adapted from Doberman’s NLEM course and The Readiness Lab’s DyPop certification program.

As the Portland Timbers prepare to manage the security and emergency demands of a major professional sports venue, Doberman provides ongoing emergency management expertise and support.
Doberman conducts security site assessments, trains C-suite leaders and frontline staff, maintains emergency plans, and provides live situational awareness dashboards. This ongoing partnership helps the Timbers strengthen readiness, support informed decision-making, and remain ready to respond to evolving threats and emergencies.
U.S. Marine Corp & NATO

On behalf of the United States Marine Corps, Doberman provided emergency response tactics and guidance to NATO’s Special Environments Panel, supporting efforts to strengthen emergency response and operational readiness in complex environments.
This work builds on Doberman’s partnership with the U.S. Marine Corps to enhance doctrine and publications related to urban warfare training, emergency response, and civilian-military operations. Doberman provides military partners with specialized training, environmental consultation, emergency management best practices, and technical writing support to strengthen readiness and response capabilities in complex and evolving environments.
