John Scardena

Mr. Scardena is a subject matter expert in emergency and disaster management. As a former Federal Emergency Response Official, John has been a driving force in every aspect of the Disaster Life-cycle. He has been integral in the development of emergency management teams, technologies, and processes in all levels of local, state, and federal governments. John developed and lead FEMA’s first tactical level drone team in disaster. He is credited with the successful mitigation of numerous man-made threats and natural caused potential crises. John is the Chief Executive Officer at Doberman.

Erin Scardena

Working across multi-disciplines, Ms. Scardena holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Her award-winning work has been featured in Print Magazine, Communication Arts, AdWeek and been noted by the American Advertising Federation. She prides herself on clean design that clearly communicates to audiences and believes that positive change is propelled forward by good design.

Zack Borst

An expert across the spectrum of emergency services, Mr. Borst brings a wealth of experience to Doberman through his work as an emergency manager, Air National Guardsman, urban search and rescue Operator, emergency medical technician, fireman, and deputy Sheriff. Mr. Borst has extensive knowledge in mass notifications, geospatial intelligence, securities, emergency plan writing, training and response. He leads EM Weekly Podcast on The Readiness Lab and works as our Chief Strategic Officer.

Deni Adams

Ms. Adams is a captain in the Army Reserves with extensive operations experience in business. She has successfully navigated numerous high-level contracts with the Department of Defense, managing both the contracting vehicle as well as the day-to-day operations for business internal. Ms. Adams brings new insights into Doberman as we move forward into large-scale contracting within the federal government. Ms. Adams manages day-to-day business activities at Doberman, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest client satisfaction.
