We can help. Doberman provides training to general staff, executive leadership, other emergency managers, and community groups. We tailor our courses to meet the needs of the audience we will assist. Training saves lives. We conduct an initial review, which may include site visits to ensure that the service we provide is perfectly aligned with your needs.

Mass Notification Certification: This 3-course program dives into lifesaving tools for emergency managers, law enforcement, and community leaders. Particpants learn the basics in Introduction to Mass Notifications, gain additional insights in Enhanced Strategies of Mass Notifications, and complete the program in Capstone for Mass Notifications. Each course lasts four hours and include scenario tabletop exercises to instill best practice.

Active Shooter Awareness: Our standard meeting is a 2 hour presentation, though we do offer table-tops and full-scale exercises for a more involved staff. Doberman provides research based, field tested strategies that saves lives. We provide multiple examples from real-world scenarios. It is graphic, as intended, in order to help potential survivors act.

Full-scale Exercise with After Action Report: Doberman offers 26 different man-made and natural disaster scenarios, tailored to the needs of the organization. This is typically a multi-month planning process to ensure the maximum number of stakeholders are in attendance and can act on the processes they have developed. We provide AARs in order to help you refine your processes before an event occurs.

Standard First Aid, AED, CPR certifications: Doberman trainers must be paramedics to teach these courses. We provide the best training because our staff is qualified and field tested.
